Grow and Process Value-Added Grains

This presentation is part of the Organic Agriculture session at the 2018 NJ Agricultural Convention & Trade Show to be held at Harrah’s Resort Hotel Convention Center, Atlantic City, NJ.  Elizabeth Dyck (OGRIN) will outline the benefits of integrating high-value grains into organic vegetable systems. She'll overview the current markets for these grains and the management practices and equipment needed to grow and add value to these crops.
