Case studies of local grain enterprises
OGRIN collaborated with GrowNYC to conduct case studies of three enterprises in the Northeast that are pioneers in the use of local grains: Small Valley Milling in Halifax, PA, Valley Malt in Hadley, MA, and Wide Awake Bakery in Trumansburg, NY. The case studies are meant to provide critical information and insight to those interested in starting up grain enterprises.
